Formerly GreenSquare’s Customer Experience Director, Rachel’s career spans retail, utilities, financial services, and housing where she has successfully led customer-facing teams and strategic transformation.
At GreenSquareAccord, Rachel is responsible for customer services, policy, and insight; our in-house repairs and maintenance team; housing management and support services; locality and community initiatives and customer panels; and strategic transformation.
She brings a relentless customer focus and strongly advocates that by working together with our customers, we can have a bigger impact on the people and communities we exist to serve and continue to learn and improve.
