Robin Bailey

Robin has a real passion for improving both customer and employee satisfaction and creating ambitious and skilled boards.

He is an experienced leader, having held a number of board positions in the UK, Isle of Man, and Eire, including Group Board Chair of GreenSquare and Chair of Buckinghamshire Building Society. As a result, he has worked constructively with a large number of regulators.

Robin enjoyed a long career with Nationwide Building Society, working at director level for many years, heading several divisions including retail, insurance and savings.
