At Furlong House, we offer Extra Care Services for customers. While retaining their own privacy in self-contained accommodation, customers have the opportunity to become an active part of the scheme community, able to socialise with each other, use the great facilities and have the knowledge that someone is there to help when needed.
Each service offers culturally-sensitive support, focusing on maintaining independence through tailored support planning, as well as promoting good health and social interaction.
Working with commissioners and with support from health professionals, we can help people with high levels of care needs to remain in their home in extra care housing as an alternative to residential accommodation.
To meet the criteria to live at Furlong House, you will need a requirement of 13 hours care per week.
