At our purpose-built sheltered housing communities for people over 55, you can live independently in your own self-contained home with the comfort of a like-minded community.
You’ll enjoy your own spacious flat and have access to shared on-site facilities, which could include a communal lounge and laundry room.
You’ll be sharing the development with other people over the age of 55, providing you with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for you to feel at home.
You can apply to rent one of our 55+ properties through your local authority choice-based lettings scheme.
