Today we launch our 2023 annual report.
The interactive flipbook showcases our performance for the 2022-23 financial year. It also highlights our achievements and changes we have made to improve our services.
This year we worked closely with members of our Customer Panel to shape the content and style of the report. It is now live on our website and will be emailed to customers this week.
It is a regulatory requirement of all social housing providers that they produce an annual summary of their performance for each financial year by the end of September.
Steve Hayes, our Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications, said: “We are pleased to be able to launch our new look annual report.
“This year members of our Customer Panel have been instrumental in helping to shape the report.
“It is crammed full of information about our performance, which in many cases has improved markedly.
“We have also given the report a fresh design, in-keeping with the evolution of the GSA brand and visual identity.”
Last year’s report was the first ever GSA annual report and the first to be emailed to customers. It has been viewed more than 5,000 times in the last 12 months.
