We’re partnering with Vistry to deliver 60 affordable homes in Warwickshire

Airfield House Landscape Plan

We’re working with Vistry, a leading mixed tenure developer, to deliver 60 new affordable homes near Stratford-upon-Avon.

Our new development, Airfield House, will form part of the transformation of a former RAF site in Long Martson, Warwickshire.

The Airfield House development will help to meet a variety of local housing need by providing homes for affordable and social rent with the remaining available under a shared ownership scheme.

Mike Nolan, our Head of Development said: “We are proud to be delivering 60 new affordable homes for people and families in Warwickshire as part of the Long Marston Garden Village development.

“By providing homes for affordable and social rent alongside homes available under shared ownership scheme we are helping to meet a variety of local housing need in part of Warwickshire where it is highly desirable to live.”

Located just a 10 minute drive away from the historic centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, our Airfield House development is also in easy distance of Warwick, Birmingham and the Cotswolds.

Adam Sharpe, Managing Director for Vistry South West Midlands, said: “We are excited to have secured planning permission for Airfield House and to be working with GSA on this exciting new development. There is a significant need for new homes and I’m delighted that we are a step forward in meeting that demand. We know that buyers will relish the opportunity to live in modern family homes and to be part of a vibrant and well-connected new community here in Warwickshire.”

As well providing affordable homes in partnership with us in Long Marston, Vistry is investing heavily in the Long Marston community with a commitment to provide over £600,000 to bolster local services including money for education, healthcare and highways.
