Our 2023 Customer Roadshow: you said we did!

Last Summer, our Locality Teams in partnership with the Community Involvement and Investment Team and the Customer Panel held face-to-face events to engage with our customers right across our communities.

Hundreds of customers attended our 2023 roadshow events and some common themes emerged from the consultations revealing that customers were concerned about the maintenance of their homes and want to know what is happening with outstanding repairs, the maintenance and upkeep of communal spaces and grassed areas.

We’ve looked at each of the areas of feedback and we wanted to provide an update on what we’ve already put in place or will be putting in place to help make these improvements.

“Our you said, we did document helps us show our customers that we are listening, and we’re making improvements to help us deliver a service which meets their needs.

“We can only understand these needs and experiences if we make ourselves available to our customers so they can tell us.

“After the successful roadshows last year, we are currently planning our 2024 roadshows, where we will be visiting eight of our communities, all different areas to last year. We aim to deliver a series of practical focused roadshows enabling our teams to meet with customers and walk the area. More information about our 2024 roadshows will be revealed soon.”
