Introducing Sarah Mason our new Customer Panel Chair

In July we started recruitment for our new Customer Panel Chair. We had over 70 applications and are pleased to announce that Sarah Mason has been appointed and started her new role on Monday 3 October.

Sarah is a Diversity and Inclusion Manager for a finance company and is also the voluntary Vice-Chair of Swindon and Wiltshire Pride. Sarah holds a Certificate in Management for Diversity and is a Companion Member of the Institute of Customer Service.

Sarah will work together with us and our Customer Panel members to play a crucial role in improving our services. The panel will work in partnership with our teams to influence and drive performance and service improvements and provide assurance that we are working in an open, transparent, and accountable way.

Our Customer Panel Chair, Sarah Mason, said: "I'm thrilled to be joining GreenSquareAccord as Chair of their new Customer Panel.  I look forward to working with both colleagues and customers to make sure that we have a great panel focused on listening and actioning feedback to GreenSquareAccord the best it can be for our customers."

Our Head of Community Involvement and Investment, Natalie Jones, said: “We’re so pleased to have appointed Sarah into this crucial role. Sarah showed the exact qualities that we were looking for. She will be a really enthusiastic and customer driven Chair and we can’t wait to start working with her and the new Customer Panel members.

“The deadline to apply to be a Customer Panel member was last Friday 30 September and Sarah will be heavily involved with the interviewing process, to make sure we get the right panel to really drive forward our customer voice.”

The new Customer Panel will work in partnership with us to ensure customer-led scrutiny where the customer's voice is heard and used to influence and drive performance and service improvements. The panel will also provide assurance that GreenSquareAccord is conducting itself in an open, transparent, and accountable way.
