Some of you contact us through third parties when you’re looking to access help and support and we are happy and encourage you to do this if you feel unable to do so independently.
However, in recent months we have noticed sometimes third parties can look like legitimate ways to contact us directly because of the similar branding used on their websites for example.

You can call us on 0300 111 7000 between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of our opening hours, your calls will be answered by our emergency service.
