We are proud to share that we've renewed our Level 2 Disability Confident badge as a member of the Disability Confident government scheme. We have now been a Disability Confident Employer for five years running.
In September, our Recruitment team were assessed by the Disability Confident team to make sure that the way we recruit, retain, and develop disabled people continues to be fair and inclusive of disabled peoples’ rights, requirements and opportunities.
Our Disability Confident Employer badge recognises that we:
- have undertaken and successfully completed the Disability Confident self-assessment
- are taking all of the core actions to be a Disability Confident employer
- are offering at least one activity to get the right people for our business and at least one activity to keep and develop our people.
