We’re shortlisted for two Housing Digital Innovation Awards

We’re delighted to announce that our smart collection points with Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) have been shortlisted for the Most Innovative Partnership award and the Best Repairs and Maintenance Innovation award at the Housing Digital Innovation Awards.

The Housing Digital Innovation Awards celebrate the pioneering housing providers and supply-chain partners who are embracing emerging technologies and digital transformation in order to take UK housing to the next level.

Our partnership with JPS is delivering a fresh approach to social housing repairs thanks to the UK’s first smart collection points which give operatives round-the-clock access to materials or tools they’ve ordered, whenever and wherever they need them.

Our Executive Director of Operations Rachel Crownshaw says: “We’re delighted to be the first customer in the UK to work with JPS to use the new smart lockers.

“Our smart collection points with Jewson Partnership Solutions were recently shortlisted for the Innovator of the Year award at the UK Housing Awards so being nominated for two Housing Digital Innovation Awards too really is fantastic news.

“This modern approach is making a real difference to how we work – our operatives now have the necessary parts and equipment to complete a job first time for our customers and we’re seeing a reduction in multiple visits to customers’ homes. The Housing Digital Innovation Awards are taking place on Thursday 9 February at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.
