At the end of last year, we handed over the keys to our final few affordable homes at Hawthorn Meadow, a stunning GreenSquare Homes development in Marlborough.
Hawthorn Meadow is a mixed tenure development of 39 homes with 23 homes allocated for open market sale, a further six homes were made available under a shared ownership scheme and the remainder were reserved for an affordable rent.
Our affordable homes at Hawthorn Meadow are comprised of four one bed apartments, six two-bedroom houses, five three-bedroom houses and one four-bedroom house.
