We recently recruited for a Chair for our new Customer Panel, and we’ve now successfully appointed someone who we’ll announce early next month.
We’re now starting recruitment for the Customer Panel members, who will join our Chair.
We are committed to ensuring that our customers are given a wide range of opportunities to influence and be involved in the scrutiny of our performance, including making recommendations to us about how our performance might be improved.
As part of this commitment, we are forming our new Customer Panel. The Panel will work in partnership with us to ensure resident-led scrutiny where the customer's voice is heard and used to influence and drive performance and service improvements. The Panel will also provide assurance that GreenSquareAccord is conducting itself in an open, transparent and accountable way.
We’re looking for members who are passionate about making a difference and promoting positive change to benefit all our customers.
A dedicated web page, including an online application form, has been created so customers can easily apply for the role.
