We’re changing our lift servicing and maintenance provider

RJ Lift Group will soon no longer be delivering our lift servicing and maintenance service.

We have mutually agreed to terminate our contract with RJ Lift Group due to concerns about their performance.

From Monday 8 January, lift servicing and maintenance will be delivered by Stannah Lifts in Localities 1 and 2 which includes Walsall, Wolverhampton, South Staffordshire, Cannock Chase, Stafford, Birmingham, Sandwell, Dudley and Coventry. Temple Lifts will provide this service in Localities 3 and 4 which includes Oxford City, Cherwell, Gloucester, West Oxfordshire, Swindon, Vale of White Horse, South Oxfordshire, Stroud, Malmesbury, Purton, Cricklade, Chippenham, Corsham, Royal Wootton Bassett, Calne, Melksham, Trowbridge, Marlborough and City of Bristol.

The new providers will be in place for a period of up to 12 months and during this time the contract will be put out again for tender.

We want to ensure we are delivering the best possible service for our customers and as a result have recognised the need to change providers of our lift servicing and maintenance.

“All customers who are directly impacted will be notified of this change".
