River Meadow

We are providing 35 new, high-quality affordable homes in the well-situated and picturesque village of Stanford in the Vale, Oxfordshire.

The new homes are helping to meet a variety of local housing need by providing 18 homes for affordable rent and making another 16 available under a shared ownership scheme.

Our first few customers, purchasing their homes at River Meadow via shared ownership, have already picked up the keys with a handful of properties still available.

Chris Owen, who has recently moved into his new home in the River Meadow development said: “I am absolutely thrilled to be in my new place in Stanford in the Vale.
