We’ve provided 21 new affordable homes in Highworth, Wiltshire

We’ve started to hand over the keys to customers who are moving into our new homes in Highworth, Wiltshire.

Working closely with developer Backhouse, we have provided 21 new affordable homes including two, three and four-bedroom homes and one-bed apartments. All our new homes in Highworth are complete with parking spaces and most have a private garden.

Our new homes are situated in the larger Highworth Development built by Backhouse which offers the perfect blend of country and town life. This well-appointed development provides residents with a play area, a public open space and is lined with trees and vegetation for privacy.

Our new affordable homes are located at the southern edge of the quaint market town of Highworth and just six miles from the amenities in Swindon town centre which include a train station.

As well as having a claim to fame as Wiltshire’s ‘highest town’, Highworth is notable for its gorgeous collection of Georgian and Queen Anne era buildings and boasts a variety of independent eateries, pubs and shops. The market town has plenty of supermarkets to choose from and even a regular farmers and craft market on Saturdays.

Incoming residents to our new homes in Highworth will be well connected with a bus route directly outside the development, which runs regular services to Swindon, and will be a short drive away from the M4.
