We provide flexible services to meet your health, housing, social and wellbeing needs in a range of different settings – whether you need low-level support or more intensive care.

We’ll work with you to develop a personalised support plan, just for you. We can help you achieve practical and personal goals, for example, living independently, managing your money or developing your confidence. We’ll consider what you want and need from us to enable you to live your life in the way you want.

Residential care

We provide 24/7 residential care at our dedicated schemes for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. We’ll help you to develop important life skills and independence with the support of our round-the-clock specialist care teams:

Supported living

At our supported living schemes, you can live independently alongside other adults with learning disabilities. Our support workers are on hand every day to help you with cooking and meal planning, money and budgeting, education and training. You’ll play a key part in making decisions about the support we offer you at the scheme, so our services meet your individual needs: 

Floating support

Our floating support services are designed for people living in their own homes, who need a little extra help to stay living independently. We can help you learn everyday skills and increase your confidence, so you can thrive in your own home:

How to find the right learning disability service for you

You will usually need to be referred to our services by your local authority or social worker. Sometimes, you can also contact our schemes directly to apply for a place.
