Our Voice of the Customer programme is about putting you front and centre of everything we do. It’s about you having your voice heard to help us shape our services.
There’s lots of different ways you can engage with us to have your comments and thoughts heard. You can find out more on our Voice of the Customer page.
We also send an annual survey to all our care and support customers to ask your opinions about our services. We use your responses to improve what we do, so please look out for future surveys.
