We have clear policies and procedures in place to ensure we deliver our care and support services safely and efficiently, while also meeting your needs and wishes. 

This includes making sure:

  • we deliver the services you want, in the way want them delivered
  • we promote your independence and allow you to maintain maximum choice and control over your life
  • we support you to stay safe and well
  • you have opportunities to be involved and feedback on the services you receive from us

Our dedicated Quality team carries out regular audits and reviews to make sure our services meet the high standards we all expect.

Every year, we run our annual customer satisfaction survey. We ask for your comments and opinions about the care and support you’ve received, and we use your feedback to help us improve and shape our services.

We’ve also introduced a new Voice of the Customer programme to give our customers a bigger voice with year-round opportunities to make your voice heard and help us deliver better care services. Find out more on our Voice of the Customer programme page.

Care Quality Commission ratings

Our regulated care services are registered with the Care Quality Commission, the health and adult social care regulator. CQC monitors care services and ensures they meet outcomes for the people who use them. Each regulated service is rated individually by CQC.
