You can find your tenancy agreement and update your contact details in your online account.

Before you move into one of our homes, you’ll sign a tenancy agreement. This agreement sets out how much rent you’ll pay and when you need to pay it. It also explains your responsibilities as a tenant, as well as our commitments as your landlord.

Where can I find my tenancy agreement? 

You will have received your tenancy agreement when you first moved into your home. You can find a copy of your agreement in your online customer account.

How do I pay my rent and when?

Your tenancy agreement will tell you whether you need to pay your rent weekly or monthly. 

We’ve got a number of different ways you can pay your rent to make it quick and easy to pay on time. You can choose the option that suits you best.

How can I update my contact details? 

If you change your contact details, such as your phone number or email address, you can let us know through your online account

You can also let us know by email or phone.

What should I do if my circumstances change?

Sometimes circumstances change, for example, children leave home and new partners move in. If that’s the case, please let us know so we can update our records. 

You can tell us about any changes through your online account, by email or by phone.

Can you help me live independently?

If you need extra help to manage your tenancy and live independently, we can support you through our tenancy support service. 

Our dedicated team can help you with: 

  • settling into your new home and setting up broadband, electricity, gas and water accounts
  • furnishing your home
  • getting to grips with your household budget
  • accessing specialist support services, such as mental health, mobility or substance abuse
